FR2 PCB:  FR-2 is the paper substrate, FR-1 is composed of paper and resin, FR-4 is composed of glass fiber and resin FR-4.  FR-1 mainly consists of 94V0 and 94HB, 94V0 does not burning, while 94HB is flammable, it’s burning.
