ARL series of melting furnace
The melting barrels, barrels of water bath, PVA mixing impeller and shaft are all made of stainless steel.
Heated by water or oil, temperature controller can set PVA solution temperature range in barrel between 10~85 degrees, the oil temperature is 110 degrees, two temperature controller can control at the same time and no bubbles comes out during stirring. There has aluminum silicate fiber insulation at the external of the melting bucket. Stirring shaft can be easily removed, the racks can turn 90 degrees so as to facilitate discharge to take out the melted adhesive. The melted adhesive has no bubbles and no coke.
