CVC efficient mixing machine

VC efficient mixing machine is a kind of mixing equipment recently researched and developed by our company combined with foreign advanced technologies; it is a mixing machine, aiming to improve the efficiency of mixing and enable particles to be fully mixed and dispersed, and can r mix micron-grade materials. It has a wide range of uses, such as strong mixing, balling, dispersion, drying, granulation and coating of slurry, liquid and powder.

This product is input through the top of cone mixing chamber, the feeding range is 30% to 100%, and a high-speed spindle driven on the top is arranged in the middle of the equipment, so the sealing design and bearing in the product area are removed. There is an original paddle mixing part close to the inner wall on the spindle. The product is pushed under the joint action of high-speed rotating mixing propeller and conical inner cavity from the bottom to the top of the upper part of the mixing chamber. When the product reaches the top and comes again back to the mixing cavity center, such a way of product forms a quick macro mixing.
