Tantalum Rods

☆ Properties: As a refractory metal tantalum stands out for a combination of high melting point, low ductile-to-brittle transition temperature and corrosion resistance.

☆ Application: Used for the heating elements in high temperature vacuum furnaces. Furthermore, Tantalum is also used for electrolytic capacitors, prosthetic devices and surgical staples, and in specialized aerospace, nuclear and military applications.
