Upon launch of a new project, Maxway will nominate a well structured, knowledgeable, skillful and quick response Customer Focus Team (CFT) to effectively understand client requirements and become integrated into your overall production strategy. Through the CFT interface, customers are able to leverage our range of capabilities in electronic manufacturing to meet marketing objectives.

A typical CFT is comprised of,

● Product Engineer

● Production Specialist

● Supply Chain specialist

Each of whom are fully encouraged to open lines of communication with customer counterparts to maximize communication efficiency.
