Hydraulic Hose Fittings Production Process:





1.Raw material purchasing:  suppliers are all more than 15 years business relationship;



2.Raw material testing: SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS316Ti are all tested according to ASTM A-276, A-182 standard.



3.Raw material cutting: choose the right material with tolerance cuttings;



4.Drilling: manual drilling or automatic drilling according to production drawings;



5.CNC machinery step 1: half finished products are machinery strictly according to production drawings, inspector check all fittings within 30 minutes;



6.CNC machinery step 2: finished products will be inspected by workshop director, inspector, team leader within 30 minutes or less.







Hydraulic Hose Fittings Products Package:





All male thread fittings will be covered by plastic caps to protect the thread. Putting them in plastic bags in a certain quantity like 10 pcs.
