Hydraulic Hose Fittings Production Process:

Fittings production always need material cutting(forging parts), drilling, machinery process. How to make sure the high quality is very important:

1.We choose professional raw material suppliers. Current suppliers were cooperating with us more than 15 years;

2.When we get the raw material like round bar, hexagonal bar or forging parts, chemical analysis will be carried firstly, even the supplier has more than 15 years relationship;

3.CNC lathe machines are all top grade in China. Knife and gauge are all from Japan;

4.Workshop, inspector, team leader will check half finished and final finished products during all processes. If any fittings don’t pass the gauge inspection will be rejected.


FAQ:

1.Can you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples for customer for free.

2.What is the payment item?

Normally we accept 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy.

3.Can you accept L/C at sight?

Yes, L/C at sight is also available.

4.What is the delivery time？

We produce fittings according to customer purchase order, there is no stock in warehouse. The delivery time for normal order is 60 days. But we can support urgent orders.

5.Do you produce standard product only?

No, we also produce fittings according to customer production drawings or samples.


Logistic and Shipping:


1.FCL, LCL, Air and Express are all available for us.

2.Normally our seaport is Tianjin, of course we can transit to any other seaport in China if customer required.

3.The consignee on the final B/L should be the same as remitter.
