Application and introduction

V shape mixer is suitable and widely used on homogenizing products in granules .and powders,suitable for powder-powder and powder-liquid production, used in many industries which request a high uniform mixing ,like ceramics ,chemicals . pharmaceutical and food industry etc , The V cylinder was drive by mechanical transmission and the material inside the V mixer up and down and turn over inside ,So it achieving the uniform mixing.

How it works

The V powder mixer is composed by V cylinder ,Motor , support frame and also the discharge systems. It is designed most used on intimate dry blending of flowing solids ., The materials inside the V mixer are constantly be split and mixed as the shell rotates .Normally time of production is around 15-30 minutes ( It depend on the actual request ) The interior wall which touched the material is mirror polished.

Platform design is optioned. We can design operating platform based on different production use, make it working more efficiency. 

V blender can be made by Stainless steel 304 or 316 depend on the request of production and Mirror polished of interior and exterior of the mixer, Operating panel and motor and all driving systems motor can be optioned ex-proof.

Jacket of V cylinder used for heating or cooling can be optioned ,and also the Spray device for a small additives during mixing is available.
