Q: Are you manufactory?

A: Yes. Our factory is located in Pinghu. It is nearby Shanghai and Hangzhou. Welcome to visit our factory if your time permitted.
Q: What about the delivery time?

A: The delivery time is about 30-35 days after receipt prepayment. However, it is basis on our production schedule. Please feel free to contact us to tell your request and quantity to get accurate date.
Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: We could understand your concerns about the quality of products, so sample order is acceptable. The delivery time of sample depends on material prepared. So you'd better tell us which material you need when you contact us.
Q: How long is your warranty?

A: 2 years. On the other hand, 1% spare parts of order will be provided when your quantity is 100 sets. We will try our best to provide after-sale service to you.
Q: How to get your quotation of products?

A: Before getting our quotation, please confirm what products you need, such as size of product, what kind of glass(clear glass, frosted glass, fabric glass and so on) and thickness of glass.
