Machining process
1. drawing making
no matter whether you provide us drawings including PDF, CAD or 3D in different format, we must convert them to our version.
   
2. machining way
engineering dep. and produce dep. will have a meeting to discuss the best and competitive machining way.
   
3. material preparation
a. buy stock material plate, bar or pipes;
b. forged material;
c. casting mterial;
d. extrusion (aluminum);
e. injection (plastic)
   
4. CNC machining
the whole process may covers the following,
a. CNC milling
b. CNC drilling
c. CNC boring
d. CNC turning
e. bending
f. punching
g. EDM
h. flame cutting
i. welding
j. electric spark
k. CNC grinding
the above process has no strict sequence, and should be different with different parts.
   
5. QC check
every step of point 4 should be check by QC , then can start next process
   
6. finishing
according to customer's requirement and different material the finishing requirement has,
a. nickel plated
b. blacken
c. chrome plated
d. zinc plated
e. color anodized
f. polishing
g. phosphorization
h. acid pickling
i. paint
j. powder coated
   
7. QC check
after finishing, QC should check the surface of all parts.
   
8. Take pictures
take pictures and send to customer
   
9. Pack
pack all parts with customer's requirement, eg. film+bubble+carton+wooden case/pallet.
   
10. Take pictures
take pictures of the packing pictures.
