1.Product Description: 

Warehouse pallet rack with wire decking is a safer way for the storage of heavy duty pallet rack. The warehouse pallet rack handle inventory in palletized mode, with suitable handling equipment. it can improve warehouse efficiency, safety and space utilization. The system is found in warehouse, super market, distribution center etc. The rack system can design to operate with Electric Stacker, Counter Balance Truck and Reach Truck to meet individual needs.

Wire decking are widely used as decking panels for conventional pallet racking, which can provide better fire safety performance. It is normally hot dip galvanized treating, it can also allow you to store skids, pallets or small parts in any location, which confirm to fire regulations and suitable for sprinkler systems work.is a popular solutions for industrial warehouses.

The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C. 
The standard colors are RAL 5010 (= Dark Blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1008 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.

4. Packaging and Delivery:

1).Packaging details: Standard export package.

Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.

2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks.
